As the Managing Director Bell Alient / xwave Mr. Carter created and led go-to-market strategies to drive revenue across all lines of business. He was a member of a team responsible for annual sales of more than $300M and personally grew US revenue from less than $2M to more than $31M. Prior to working at Bell Alient Mr. Carter was the President and COO of Inacom (formerly ValCom) - one of the largest and oldest technology companies in the Northeast serving all size customers in state government and commercial industries. A former Chief Information Officer for Maine Technical College System where he Secured critical state government funding for the design and implementation of the college and state’s first online curriculum.

Mr. Carter was a decorated member of the 82nd Airborne Division, Ft Bragg, NC and was consistently awarded for excellence, professionalism and execution of team missions. He holds a BA, Psychology, University of Southern Maine, Portland, ME.
