Mr. Hiatt is a proven executive with more than 25 years of experience in high technology and service companies.  He has an extensive background in domestic and international operations, corporate transactions, financial management, and administration.  Mr. Hiatt currently acts as a consulting financial officer – he is acting CFO at Specialists On Call, a a venture-funded startup that provides highly-trained specialist physicians on call 24x7 to urban and suburban hospitals via state-of-the-art videoconferencing technology, and at Fetch Enterprises, a merchandizing and e-commerce company.  He previously held Executive Management positions with a number of companies, including document management leader Anacomp, Inc. and Molecular Simulations Inc. (now Accelrys - NASDAQ: ACCL), which provides complex drug-discovery software to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.  As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hiatt took MSI through the public offering process and then its merger with Pharmacopoeia (NASDAQ: PCOP).  Mr. Hiatt holds an M.S. in finance from M.I.T.’s Sloan School; and an M.S. in computer science and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from M.I.T.
