David Miley owned and operated companies in USA, Canada, Ireland, UK, Germany and Saudi Arabia. He built an International construction management and services company in the Middle East and Europe in the late 70's and early 80's. In the mid 80's, he moved to the US where he founded and managed a strategic consulting company specializing in international development, licensing, technology transfer, distribution strategies, corporate development and merger & acquisition work. In the 90's, he started a 'Venture Marketing' company from which he  launched a number of companies including an equipment company in the recycling industries (which he built and sold to PremierTech, a $300mm company in Quebec, where he is still a shareholder and senior advisor to the management team) and Vortechnics, a pioneer in the Stormwater industry.
 
David was most recently President and CEO of Contech Stormwater Solutions - CSS (formerly Vortechnics), now a $180 million business and the world leader in the  Stormwater industry.  His interests include private equity investments in a number of companies, a property development and  investment company (including development of the 87 acre Enterprise Business Park In Scarborough, Maine), and management of a charitable foundation. David is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin in Business and Economics. David is also a Top Gun Presenter.
