John O’Sullivan has a broad range of financial, operational, business development and consulting experience with early stage, middle market and Fortune 500 companies. John currently provides interim management consulting services to several early stage technology companies. Previously, John was President and CFO of Chemogen, Inc., a biotech company.  Prior to that, John was a principal with Masthead Venture Partners, a technology-based venture capital firm and a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). He earned a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Maine and an MBA from Northeastern University.
