

Vice President, Black Point Group
Oakley Dyer is a Vice President at Black Point Group and oversees investment origination and execution. Black Point Group is an investment partnership with ownership positions in both private and public growth companies.
Prior to Black Point Group, Oakley worked at another Maine-based investment partnership, North Atlantic Capital, where he was responsible for identifying and executing attractive venture capital investment opportunities. Oakley also previously worked at Ernst & Young, in their Financial Service Advisory practice, and at Hurricane Island Outward Bound.
Oakley received his B.A. in economics and political science from Colgate University and his M.B.A. from Babson College. He is actively involved in several non-profits in the Portland area, including serving on the boards of the Portland Stage Company and Portland Greendrinks.
