Peter has helped growth companies establish and maintain leadership positions through his more than 20 years of general management, sales, product development and marketing experience. Peter’s career has ranged from founding web-based start-ups to building global brands and customers at Procter & Gamble.
Peter is currently consulting to companies that are leveraging the internet to introduce new and innovative business models. Prior to consulting, Peter led global sales & marketing efforts at Elmet Technologies which was subsequently sold to two private equity firms. Before Elmet, Peter spent six years at Cross Country where he led a $95m technology enabled services business unit, ran corporate product management & marketing, and was accountable for the company’s technology-focused telematics business. Peter also co-founded Boats.com in San Francisco which was later acquired by Cox Communications and today is the leading online marketplace for recreational boats and services. Peter currently serves on both the Friends of Casco Bay and Hands Across the Sea Board of Directors. Peter graduated with a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
