Susan is the Founder & President—Echelon Circles—a new women business leaders’ membership organization based in Portland, Maine who’s long term growth strategy is to develop a nationwide footprint. The organization is designed to create a trusted community of professional women leaders for collaboration, learning, and leadership development in a true peer to peer setting. She is also the founder of the Maine Million Dollar Women’s Forum—created this annual recognition & educational event for women entrepreneurs who own and run businesses with revenues in excess of $1M. The forum includes monthly roundtable sessions and mastermind forums for aspiring women entrepreneurs.

She has personally coached entrepreneurs and business owners since 2003 throughout New England and the East Coast and has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
