Cynthia Gagnon Sweet

Bio: Cynthia Gagnon is the general manager at Advance Electronic Concepts. She is responsible for administration, production, and engineering support. Before joining Advance Electronic Concepts, she worked as a CAD network manager and operator for several engineering firms where she was charged with creating and maintaining drawing files using AutoCAD, ProSeries (piping) and CADWorx, assisting in validation of new construction of power plants and other facilities as well as maintaining engineering documentation to cGMP standards. She regularly prepared for and assisted with FDA and customer audits of the facility.

The distributed power control system for supermarket refrigeration cases incorporates solid state (LED) lighting and motion detection. Each piece of the system can be sold independently of the system as well, and they customize solutions tailored to a customer's specific needs. Their industrial grade, energy saving product line features refrigeration case controllers, cold room controllers, refrigeration monitoring / alarm systems, and control panels.
