Description of company: Mark plans to spin a new venture out from Mark Henry Enterprises, producing portable pellet mills that can be towed by a pickup truck and moved from region to region in response to a need for wood pellets. These mills will allow owner-operators to partner with saw mills and wood lots to produce pellets on site, converting scrub brush from harvesting operations into pellets, as well as work directly with individual consumers to process raw materials into usable pellets at lower cost and higher profit margins. The company wants to explore both the sale of portable pellet mills, as well as franchise opportunities.
